1)Please allow us 48 hours to process your order.
2)Your order will be sent door to door. You will receive a confirmation email with order details and the shipping tracking number on the day it is dispatched. With this tracking number you can track the shipping progress of your purchase.
 
3)Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your bags, few orders may take longer depending on time of ordering (weekends, holidays) destination and country.Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost , we will reship once at our expense.
We guarantees to deliver all products at your door promptly and safely as promised. All packages will be clear of customs and will be stated as samples or gifts to avoid import taxes. If your goods lost during the shipment phase, we take full responsibility and will reship you on our expense.
 
Return 
We accept the returning request on the condition of followings:
 
1. Please contact Customer Service first before you ask for a return or refund.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
3. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
6. If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
7. If you place the order within 12 hours and want to cancel the order for special reasons, please contact our Customer Service first. We will arrange to make the refund for you.
8. Please be responsible for the return-shipping fee if there aren’t any mistakes made by us.
9. We don’t accept a return or refund after you received the items for 7 days.Please be sure of this.
10. If there is a mistake made by us, we will in charge of the shipping fee for the exchange and return.
11. Due to the high cost of custom-made items, please be sure that the custom-made items can’t be returned if there haven’t any problems of the sizes, colors, or styles.
12. We will offer a refund after we receive and confirm the items. Please be noticed that you will send us an e-mail for the tracking information of the return items.
